Paine Stevens advised Asian Development Bank on its US$ 15 million loan facility for the Tavan Bogd Group in Mongolia.

Paine Stevens acted as English law counsel to Asian Development Bank on its US$ 15 million dual currency secured loan facilities for Ulaanbaatar Flour LLC and Tavanbogd Foods LLC, members of the Tavan Bogd group of companies in Mongolia, to ensure the continuation of operations affected by COVID-19.
